Industrial monitoring & PLC

Connect your PLCs and machines to clear, real-time monitoring.

We collect data from your PLCs and equipment and turn it into SCADA screens, dashboards and alarms your operators and managers can act on.

In short

Nexaitek develops industrial monitoring and PLC communication software for factories and industrial sites. We collect data from Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Omron and Schneider Electric PLCs using standard protocols such as OPC UA, Modbus and MQTT, store it reliably, and build SCADA and HMI screens, production and energy dashboards, alarms and reports.

Who it is for

  • Factories that want real-time visibility on their production lines
  • Maintenance teams that need alarms and equipment history
  • Plants tracking energy consumption and peak demand
  • Industrial sites connecting machines to ERP, MES or quality systems

What we build

From the PLC to the dashboard.

PLC communication

Read and write PLC data from Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Omron and Schneider Electric equipment.

SCADA & HMI interfaces

Clear operator screens showing process status, controls and equipment states.

Production monitoring

Real-time throughput, downtime, cycle times and OEE on every line.

Energy monitoring

Electrical consumption, load, peak demand and power factor per line and per machine.

Alarms & notifications

Threshold alarms, event logs and notifications by email or message to the right people.

Data history & reports

Reliable time-series storage, trend charts and automatic shift or daily reports.

Equipment & protocols

We speak the language of your machines.

Industrial data is only useful if it is collected reliably. We connect to your existing equipment using standard protocols, without changing your PLC programs unless needed.

  • OPC UA, Modbus TCP and MQTT communication
  • Siemens, Allen-Bradley (Rockwell), Omron and Schneider Electric PLCs
  • Secure gateways to send shop-floor data to the cloud or your own servers
  • Integration with ERP, MES, quality and maintenance systems

How we work

From requirements to a tool your team relies on.

One senior team from the first conversation to long-term maintenance.

01

Understand

We map your requirements, constraints, existing tools and what success looks like — before any code is written.

02

Design

We plan the architecture and design the screens with you, so you see the product before it is built.

03

Build & deploy

We develop in weekly milestones, test with real data, and deploy to the cloud or your own servers.

04

Maintain & evolve

We monitor, fix, and improve the system over time, so it keeps working as your needs grow.

FAQ

Common questions

We work with Siemens, Allen-Bradley (Rockwell Automation), Omron and Schneider Electric PLCs, and with any equipment that supports standard protocols such as OPC UA, Modbus or MQTT.

OPC UA (Open Platform Communications Unified Architecture) is the standard protocol for exchanging data between PLCs, machines and software, regardless of the brand. It is secure, works across Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Omron and Schneider Electric equipment, and lets us collect data without changing your PLC programs. Many recent PLCs include an OPC UA server; older ones can be connected through a gateway.

Usually not. In most cases we read the data your PLCs already expose. If new data points are needed, we coordinate with your automation team or integrator before any change.

Yes. We can deploy everything on-premise, in the cloud, or in a hybrid setup where data is collected on site and dashboards are accessible remotely.

A first line or machine is typically connected and visible in a dashboard within 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the equipment and network. We then extend to other lines step by step.

It depends on the number of machines, the protocols involved, the screens and reports needed, and the hosting. Describe your installation and we will send you a clear, free estimate with no obligation.
